This is all about a bigger problem. the work-market had been stationed around men, and there have been few leeways into making the job market/ the way jobs are done, in addition to the influx of women the past 60 years. fulltime jobs were made for men who could afford not to children or housework. so with women now doing this, it’s very hard to find a good balance. women want to walk the career path but it is hard if she wants both the family and the career. there needs to be a revision of sorts in timing or how full times are distributed. that way she can make time for a career and a family. because both should be possible by now. not this stage where women are marrying later and having the risk of not being able to have a family. if having children way too early it is seen as a bad thing. if too late, this happens as well. there must be a better middle ground.
