In case you were wondering where HRH has gotten off to, there is a closed FB group called Humerus Fracture Support, where she is ‘among her own’ so to speak. If you know anyone struggling with a humerus fracture, this is a great resource. Little did I know, after finishing the 2016 NYC Marathon with a broken shoulder, just how debilitating and longstanding this injury is. I found this humerus shirt.
