This is a cool idea, won't even deny it. But it super hot summer days that water would be boiling and burn the pups. Ok, am I the only one that sees a large breed dog actually laying on the paddle to get a constant stream of water on the belly? And what did your neighbor said about conserving water? Maybe the designer could add something that can catch the excess water dripping on the floor. There is a small pond of water as long as the animal is drinking it keeps flowing new fresh water. And it will not waste the water all around. They are super soft and she also got a cool Chihuahua notepad and check out what else I got!! I got a Ninjabread Man book, it is super awesome, Mommy already started reading it to me and it is so cool, He really Ninja kicks!!
