A good exercise is you write a story that you want for you in the future, and of course, fight to get there… I know can be hard, but… What do you prefer? Live one story that you do not want to live? Or create another one? Like in Dory movie: Just Keep Swimming – That means: Just keep continue, don’t give up!!! – We need indeed open our mind and learn, don’t waste time and energy with bad thoughts, bad behaviors, just try to fight against the life in a good way and MOST important, fight against your mind set! Our mind trick us so well, give to us bad thoughts and we will think is true, is the right thing: but in the end is not true indeed: What I want to say is: We all need think if what we think is really good our not, learn why and try change it… That is what Regina did, she had bad thoughts about love, like the love was a weakness… But, she was wrong, and now she knows…So… How many people is living there life right now, with closed minds? I guess a lot :/ And, we need indeed learn about this, this is the key: Don’t close yourself about everything.
