Proof that cats don’t hate water or getting wet. I came across an adorable video the other day where a kitty was in the sink with rubber duckies and this one guy and a few other people were going off about how the owner was basically torturing their cat. It was so absurd. One of the arguments was that the cat was terrified (it wasn’t) being forced into the water when cats “hate” water. The cat was literally sitting there. Anyone who owns cats or who have tried to bath a cat knows your not going to put a cat in water unless it wants to go. Their objections aren’t subtle. I tried to explain that while many cats aren’t fans of getting baths, many of our curious felines enjoy playing in the water, especially sinks and draining bathtubs!
